SPEC is a religious program for cognitively impaired

adults and children.

We meet Wednesdays, September through May; 

from 6:30 to 8:00pm

in the Believers Together Community Center.

We welcome all volunteers!  

You are most welcome to help teach, assist with students,

share your talents and pray for us.

Where:

Classes are held in the Believers Together Center  

3209 60th Street, Moline, Il. 

Masses or Prayer services are held in Christ The King Church  at the same address

Time:  

  • Students arrive beginning at 6:15pm. Class starts at 6:30 and ends at 8:00pm.              

  • Adult and Teen volunteers are asked to arrive at 6:15 and remain until 8:15 to help with loading students into vans and to help with clean up.

Everyone 18 or older working with children

under 18 or vulnerable adults

must complete the "Safe Environement" program, 

as directed by the Diocese of Peoria.
